STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Payment Terms

   Payment is due according to the terms stated on this invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional charges where permitted by law.

2. Inspection and Claims

   The customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify the seller of any defects or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.

3. Limited Warranty

   The products supplied are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is limited exclusively to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product, at the seller's discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

   The seller's total liability for any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from the sale, use, or performance of the products shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the products covered by this invoice. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

5. No Other Warranties

   Except as expressly stated herein, no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
